SellerAider's YouTube video ranking in Google's video results

SellerAider’s video in Google’s video results for a Vinted selling query.

SellerAider sells crosslisting and automation tools to online resellers. It already ranked in written search, but Google was showing YouTube videos alongside the written results, and none of them were SellerAider’s.

We built a plan around the questions resellers ask right before they need SellerAider: which marketplace to sell on, how to make more sales, how to avoid scams. Every script introduces the product where it genuinely solves the viewer’s problem.

How we choose topics

Strategy first. Videos second.

Most YouTube agencies start with ideas. We start with demand. Every video in your 90-day plan earns its place on four inputs.

Bottom-of-funnel search comes first: comparisons, alternatives and problems your product solves. But every niche is different, and where it makes sense we’ll mix in timely or trend-led videos to grow reach.

01
Search demand
Keyword research across Google and YouTube, so every video targets questions people are already asking.
02
Buyer intent
We weight topics by how close the searcher is to buying: comparisons, alternatives, how-tos your product solves.
03
Competitor research
What's ranking for your category, where the existing videos are weak, and where nobody has shown up yet.
04
YouTube-native opportunities
Formats and angles that work on YouTube specifically, not blog posts read to camera.

Why outsource

One specialist partner instead of a new team.

Doing YouTube properly in-house means hiring, coordinating and managing a set of skills most SaaS teams don’t have, before you know whether the channel works.

With Tapeflux, it’s one monthly fee, one point of contact and one recording session. No hiring, no briefing freelancers, no project management.

FAQ

Common questions

How much do we need to record?+

One recording session a month covers both videos. We send finished scripts and a simple shot list in advance, so your spokesperson reads from a prepared script rather than improvising. Screen recordings and product footage can be captured separately by anyone on the team.

Who should be on camera?+

Usually a founder, product lead or subject-matter expert, someone your buyers would trust on the topic. They don't need to be a natural presenter; the scripts and editing do a lot of the work. If nobody on your team wants to be on camera, we can source a presenter.

How are topics chosen?+

We combine Google and YouTube search data, buyer intent, competitor research and YouTube-native opportunities. Bottom-of-funnel searches, the ones made by people comparing or choosing a tool, come first. The mix varies by niche and can include timely, trend-led videos where they make sense.

Do you work with technical SaaS?+

Yes. We script from your existing docs, blog posts, webinars and a kickoff call with the people who know the product best. You review every script for accuracy before anything is recorded.

How quickly can we start?+

After the call, we start with research and your 90-day strategy, then move straight into the first scripts. Book a call and we'll give you a concrete timeline based on current availability.

Can you publish the videos for us?+

Yes. Publishing support is included. With channel access we'll upload and schedule with the thumbnail, title and description in place, or we can hand over ready-to-upload files if you prefer to publish yourself.

What happens after the first 3 months?+

We review what's driving traffic and sign-ups, refresh the strategy for the next 90 days, and continue month to month. If it's working and you want more output, higher-volume plans are available.
